As tecnologias digitais como suporte pedagógico no ensino superior: um olhar sobre a prática docente

Abstract

A tecnologia digital tem ganhado espaço relevante dentro das esferas sociais, principalmente no contexto educacional, levando a conjuntura da educação as grandes mudanças. Discutir sobre a inserção das tecnologias digitais no ensino superior, e a prática do docente frente às mesmas, é buscar meios de como docentes podem aprimorar essas práticas pedagógicas e assim dispor de várias possibilidades para garantir ao educando uma aprendizagem significativa. No entanto, diante da realidade da sociedade e do contexto educacional, a qual a tecnologia digital faz cada vez mais parte da vida das pessoas, principalmente dos universitários, torna-se fundamental os docentes estarem sempre dispostos a refletirem sobre suas práticas pedagógicas, objetivando a efetiva preparação de sujeitos que se encontram dentro de uma sociedade digital. A presente pesquisa, a qual foi realizada com professores do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia, em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES), no Recôncavo Baiano, objetiva compreender as tecnologias digitais como suporte pedagógico para a atuação docente no ensino superior. Para a obtenção dos resultados e um estudo qualitativo e quantitativo foi aplicado um questionário contendo dezenove perguntas (objetivas e subjetivas) com a temática tecnologia digital. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que de fato a tecnologia digital tem contribuído com o processo de ensino e aprendizagem no ensino superior, dando suporte aos docentes no fazer pedagógico, no entanto segundo as respostas mencionadas pelos pesquisados, é possível que mesmo ainda no ensino superior alguns docentes não têm a real compreensão de como fazer o uso adequado de aparatos tecnológico na prática pedagógica. Pois, apesar das tecnologias digitais, incorporarem a cada dia nos espaços educacionais com intuito de facilitar todo o processo de socialização e aprendizagem dos sujeitos, se o docente no tiver engajado de como lhe dar com essas ferramentas de maneira objetiva, o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, pode ficar retruncado. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Digital technology has gained relevant space within the social spheres, especially in the educational context, bringing the conjuncture of education to major changes. Discussing the insertion of digital technologies in higher education, and the teacher's practice towards them, is to find ways in which teachers can improve these pedagogical practices and thus have several possibilities to guarantee the learner a meaningful learning. However, faced with the reality of society and the educational context, which digital technology is increasingly part of people's lives, especially university students, it is fundamental that teachers are always willing to reflect on their pedagogical practices, aiming to effective preparation of subjects that are within a digital society. This research, which was carried out with professors of the Licenciatura in Pedagogy course, at a Higher Education Institution (IES), in the Recôncavo Baiano, aims to understand digital technologies as a pedagogical support for the teaching performance in higher education. In order to obtain the results and a qualitative and quantitative study, a questionnaire containing nineteen questions (objective and subjective) with the thematic digital technology was applied. The results show that in fact digital technology has contributed to the process of teaching and learning in higher education, giving support to teachers in the pedagogic practice, however according to the answers mentioned by the respondents, it is possible that even in higher education some teachers have no real understanding of how to make the proper use of technological apparatus in pedagogical practice. For, despite digital technologies, they incorporate every day into the educational spaces in order to facilitate the whole process of socialization and learning of the subjects, if the teacher has not engaged in how to give them with these tools in an objective way, the process of teaching and learning, can be retrunched.
