Compreensão das professoras sobre a atuação dos professores de Educação Física na associação Pestalozzi de Sapeaçu-ba

Abstract

O presente trabalho prioriza a inserção do professor de Educação Física no campo da educação inclusiva na Associação Pestallozi de Sapeaçu-Ba. Sendo assim, este tem por finalidade: As discussões atuais no âmbito educacional e político vêm fazendo da inclusão escolar uma temática para a valorização e o respeito, a diversidade humana, bem como a realidade social e histórica, fundamentada na desigualdade em que estão inseridas nas instituições escolares. Dessa forma a inclusão escolar torna-se um dos maiores desafios para a sociedade moderna que ainda estigmatiza e discrimina as pessoas com necessidades especiais. Portanto, a problemática desta monografia, é “Quais possibilidades e dificuldades que impedem a atuação do professor de Educação Física no corpo docente da Associação Pestalozzi de Sapeaçu-Ba”? Partindo desse pressuposto o objetivo geral é identificar o que assegura a atuação do profissional de Educação Física, na Associação Pestalozzi de Sapeaçu, no âmbito da Educação Especial e os objetivos específicos são: Analisar as possibilidades ou dificuldades existentes para a manutenção de um professor de Educação Física permanente na instituição; Descrever as modalidades de serviços remunerados e voluntários existentes a partir das leis na Associação Pestalozzi, refletindo sobre novas viabilidades e dificuldades para á sua execução. A metodologia constitui-se numa pesquisa de campo. Como instrumento de informações foi utilizado entrevistas semiestruturadas, as quais foram analisadas pela concepção metodológica e respaldadas em grandes teóricos que embasaram o referido trabalho. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The present work prioritizes the insertion of the Physical Education teacher in the field of inclusive education in the Pestallozi Association of Sapeaçu-Ba. The current discussions in the educational and political spheres have made school inclusion a theme for valorization and respect, human diversity, as well as social and historical reality, based on the inequality in which they are inserted in the institutions. In this way, school inclusion becomes one of the greatest challenges for the modern society that still stigmatizes and discriminates against people with special needs. Therefore, the problematic of this monograph is "What possibilities and difficulties that impede the performance of the Physical Education teacher in the teaching staff of the Pestalozzi de Sapeaçu-Ba Association"? Based on this assumption, the general objective is to identify what ensures the performance of the Physical Education professional, in the Pestalozzi Association of Sapeaçu, in the scope of Special Education and the specific objectives are: To analyze the possibilities or difficulties existing for the maintenance of a teacher of Education Permanent physics in the institution; Describe the methods of remunerated and voluntary services existing under the laws in the Pestalozzi Association, reflecting on new viabilities and difficulties for its execution. The methodology is a field research. As an information tool, semi-structured interviews were used, which were analyzed by the methodological conception and supported by the great theoreticians who supported this work.
