Avaliação na educação física: um estudo sobre a organização do trabalho pedagógico das escolas de ensino fundamental (anos finais) do município de Castro Alves - Ba

Abstract

O estudo se insere entre as pesquisas que investigam a organização do trabalho pedagógico das escolas públicas do município de Castro Alves - BA, em especial a(s) concepções de avaliação que fundamentam a prática pedagógica dos professores de Educação Física. Sendo assim, tem como objeto o par dialético objetivo/avaliação na organização do trabalho pedagógico das escolas Luiz Eduardo Magalhães e Vicente José de Lima. Dessa forma, o presente estudo investiga qual a concepção de avaliação que fundamenta a organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física? Para tanto objetivamos: investigar as concepções de avaliação que fundamentam a prática pedagógica dos professores de Educação Física das escolas investigadas; discutir as concepções de avaliação que fundamentam a prática pedagógica dos professores que lecionam a disciplina Educação Física nas referidas unidades de ensino, bem como, apontar possibilidades para a organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física a partir de uma concepção de avaliação que sirva de referência para a formação humana dos estudantes. Assim, para realizar uma investigação rigorosa e sistemática sobre a categoria objetivo/avaliação na organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física nas escolas do município de Castro Alves – BA, faremos uso dos princípios da pesquisa qualitativa utilizando das técnicas da pesquisa documental, bem como da aplicação de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Para realizar a análise dos dados levantados na pesquisa dos documentos oficiais (Projeto Político Pedagógico e os Planos de Ensino da disciplina Educação Física) das escolas objeto da investigação, bem como do conteúdo das mensagens escritas obtidas com os questionários aplicados com os professores que lecionam o componente curricular Educação Física nas referidas escolas, faremos uso da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Como resultados foi possível perceber que as escolas adotam uma avaliação formativa, e as escolas necessitam de maior qualificação profissional dos profissionais atuantes na área da Educação Física. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The study is part of the research that investigates the pedagogical work organization of public schools in the municipality of Castro Alves - BA, in particular the evaluation conceptions that support the pedagogical practice of physical education teachers. Thus, it has as its object the objective dialectical pair / evaluation in the organization of the pedagogical work of the Luiz Eduardo Magalhães and Vicente José de Lima schools. Thus, the present study investigates the conception of evaluation that bases the organization of the pedagogical work of Physical Education? In order to do so, we aim to: investigate the evaluation conceptions that support the pedagogical practice of the Physical Education teachers of the schools investigated; to discuss the conceptions of evaluation that underlie the pedagogical practice of the teachers who teach the Physical Education discipline in the mentioned teaching units, as well as to point out possibilities for the organization of the pedagogical work of Physical Education based on a conception of evaluation that serves as reference for the human training of students. Thus, in order to carry out a rigorous and systematic investigation of the objective category / evaluation in the organization of the pedagogical work of Physical Education in the schools of the municipality of Castro Alves - BA, we will use the principles of qualitative research using documental research techniques, as well as application of questionnaires with open and closed questions. In order to carry out the analysis of the data collected in the survey of the official documents (Pedagogical Political Project and Teaching Plans of the Physical Education discipline) of the schools under investigation, as well as the content of the written messages obtained with the questionnaires applied with the teachers who teach the component in these schools, we will make use of the technique of content analysis. As results, it was possible to perceive that the schools adopt a formative evaluation, and the schools need a greater professional qualification of the professionals in the area of Physical Education.
