Autismo e formação de professores de educação física: uma análise curricular

Abstract

O autismo se trata de uma síndrome comportamental, que causa distúrbios de socialização e comunicação, e devido a uma crescente nos números de autistas matriculados nas escolas ditas normais, o que acaba se tornando um problema para muitos professores devido à falta de capacitação para trabalhar com esse público em específico, se faz necessário analisar e compreender as possibilidades de tais alunos dentro das aulas de Educação Física, desta forma, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo geral: Analisar se a instituição de ensino superior, FAMAM, da cidade de Governador Mangabeira, BA, apresenta recursos em seu currículo que garantam a formação para o trato pedagógico com alunos autistas. E especificamente: apontar as possibilidades de alunos autistas nas aulas de Educação Física, dentro de uma perspectiva de educação inclusiva/especial, além de analisar e comparar as matrizes curriculares do curso de Educação Física da FAMAM. Quanto a metodologia será realizada uma análise documental para estudo da matriz curricular do curso de Educação Física da Faculdade Maria Milza, e uma pesquisa bibliográfica para fundamentar as possiblidades dos alunos autistas enquanto participantes efetivos das aulas de Educação Física. A partir da análise realizada nas matrizes curriculares do curso de Educação Física da FAMAM, os resultados indicam que a matriz sofreu pequenas alterações que favoreceram o aproveitamento das disciplinas que tratam das pessoas com deficiência, por antecipá-las na organização do currículo o que possibilita que os graduandos passem por tais disciplinas antes de começar os estágios, isto os tornam capazes de lidar com alunos que possuam deficiências ou limitações durante o período de estágio, melhorando o seu desempenho durante o mesmo, quanto às possibilidades dos alunos autistas nas aulas de Educação Física foi possível identificar possibilidades inclusivas de forma efetiva para que tais indivíduos usufruam das aulas assim como os alunos ditos normais. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Autism is a behavioral syndrome, which causes socialization and communication disorders, and a growing number of autistic students enrolled in normal schools, which becomes a problem for many teachers due to the lack of capacity to work with this specific public, it is necessary to analyze and understand the possibilities of such students within the classes of Physical Education, in this way, the present research has as general objective: To analyze if the institution of higher education, FAMAM, of the city of Governador Mangabeira, BA, presents resources in its curriculum that guarantee the training for the pedagogical treatment with autistic students. And specifically: to point out the possibilities of autistic students in Physical Education classes, from an inclusive / special education perspective. As for the methodology, a documentary analysis will be carried out to study the curricular matrix of the Physical Education course of the Maria Milza School, and a bibliographical research to support the possibilities of the autistic students as effective participants of the Physical Education classes. Based on the analysis carried out in the curricula of the Physical Education course at FAMAM, the results indicate that the matrix has undergone minor changes that favored the use of the disciplines that treat people with disabilities, by anticipating them in the organization of the grid, which allows the undergraduates pass through such disciplines before beginning the stages, this makes them able to deal with students who have deficiencies or limitations during the internship period, improving their performance during the same, regarding the possibilities of the autistic students in the classes of Physical Education it was possible to identify inclusive possibilities in an effective way so that these individuals enjoy the classes as well as the normal students.
