Análise do currículo de formação do pedagogo na Faculdade Maria Milza: elementos didáticos para o ensino da cultura corporal /

Abstract

Atualmente na maioria das escolas de Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental (anos iniciais) não há atuação de um professor de Educação Física, sendo o professor generalista (pedagogo) responsável por trabalhar com essa disciplina nessas unidades de ensino. Sabendo que ambos profissionais possuem intencionalidades diferentes e na defesa de que para se trabalhar com os conteúdos da cultura corporal deve-se possuir subsídios, nos debruçamos no seguinte problema de pesquisa: O currículo atual do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da FAMAM (Faculdade Maria Milza) oferece subsídios para atuação destes professores com os conteúdos da cultura corporal na Educação Infantil? Com o objetivo de: Analisar se o currículo atual de formação do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da FAMAM, contém elementos para o trato pedagógico com os conhecimentos da cultura corporal. E como objetivos específicos a) Analisar a Educação Física enquanto componente curricular da Educação Infantil; b) investigar a relação entre a estrutura curricular do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da FAMAM, e a formação para atuação dos futuros pedagogos com os conteúdos da cultura corporal; c) apontar a relação dos possíveis problemas encontrados no currículo, e possibilidades para que as crianças tenham acesso aos conteúdos da cultura corporal. Esta pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, de natureza descritiva. O campo de pesquisa selecionado foi a Faculdade Maria Milza - FAMAM. Como instrumento para a coleta de dados utilizamos o método da pesquisa documental. Foi feita uma análise do currículo de formação do Curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia da FAMAM, através dos documentos: Projeto Pedagógico de Curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia, buscando nas ementas as disciplinas que tratam com conteúdo específicos/relacionados a Cultura Corporal. Além disso, aplicamos um questionário com a coordenação do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia que reformulou o Projeto Pedagógico de Curso no ano de 2018. Enquanto técnica de análise de dados, foi utilizado a análise de conteúdo. Identificamos 3 (três) disciplinas no Projeto Pedagógico de Curso que fazem parte da grade curricular, 1 (uma) que trata da cultura corporal e 2 (duas) sobre a educação infantil, porém, algumas disciplinas que possuem semelhanças com os conteúdos que fazem parte da Educação Física, estão apresentadas como disciplinas optativas do curso, no total são 3 (três). Com base nos questionários aplicados, identificamos que o critério de seleção e organização dessas disciplinas por aparecerem como optativas do curso, se deu através dos componentes curriculares que são cobrados desde as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais e por questões econômicas, pois aumentaria a carga horária e o investimento por parte dos alunos. Mesmo depois da reformulação, não houve interesse dos alunos do curso em cursar essas disciplinas, pois o projeto entrou em vigência até 2017.1. _______________________________________________________________________________________ At present, in most elementary schools, there is no physical education teacher, and the general teacher (pedagogue) is responsible for working with this discipline in these units. Knowing that both professionals have different intentions and in the defense that in order to work with the contents of the corporal culture one must possess subsidies, we address the following research problem: The current curriculum of the Degree in Pedagogy of FAMAM (Faculty Maria Milza ) offers subsidies for the performance of these teachers with the contents of body culture in early Childhood Education? With the purpose of: To analyze if the current curriculum of the course of Graduation in Pedagogy of the FAMAM, contains elements for the pedagogical treatment with the knowledge of the corporal culture. And as specific objectives a) Analyze Physical Education as a curricular component of Early Childhood Education; b) investigate the relationship between the curricular structure of the Degree in Pedagogy of FAMAM, and the training for the performance of future educators with the contents of the body culture; c) indicate the relation of possible problems found in the curriculum, and possibilities for children to have access to the contents of the body culture. This research is qualitative, descriptive in nature. The field of research selected was the Maria Milza College - FAMAM. As an instrument for data collection we used the method of documentary research. An analysis was made of the training curriculum of the Degree in Pedagogy of FAMAM, through the following documents: Pedagogical Project of Degree in Pedagogy, searching in the menus the disciplines that deal with specific content related to Body Culture. In addition, we applied a questionnaire with the coordination of the Licenciatura course in Pedagogy that reformulated the Pedagogical Course Project in the year 2018. As a data analysis technique, content analysis was used. We identified 3 (three) subjects in the Pedagogical Project of Course that are part of the curriculum, 1 (one) that deals with the corporal culture and 2 (two) about the education of children, however, some disciplines that have similarities with the contents that are part of Physical Education, are presented as optional subjects of the course, in total there are 3 (three). Based on the questionnaires applied, we identified that the criterion of selection and organization of these disciplines for appearing as electives of the course was given through the curricular components that are charged from the National Curricular Guidelines and for economic reasons, as it would increase the workload and the investment by the students. Even after the reformulation, there was no interest of the students of the course in attending these disciplines, because the project came into force until 2017.1.
