A inclusão dos direitos do aluno do campo ao ingressar em uma escola urbana em São Felipe - Ba /

Abstract

Os alunos do campo têm direito a uma educação que leve em consideração o seu modo de viver e que lhe reconheçam na sua identidade de sujeitos do campo. Assim, devemos redirecionar o olhar à cultura, às características, às necessidades e os sonhos dos que vivem nesses meios, em busca da democratização do ensino, por meio da efetivação das políticas públicas para essa modalidade educativa. A educação do campo é fundamental para o reconhecimento e garantia dos direitos a população campesina de modo que contribui para discussão feita pela população do campo indicando para pauta seus interesses, histórias de vida. Baseando-se nesse contexto, o presente projeto tem como objetivo compreender o trabalho da escola em relação à inclusão dos direitos dos alunos do campo como sujeitos de direito em são Felipe-BA. Já os específicos são: identificar se os instrumentos pedagógicos (PPP, planejamento) utilizados pelos professores atendem as necessidades dos alunos do campo; conhecer se as práticas pedagógicas realizadas na escola contemplam os interesses dos alunos do campo. Assim, na presente pesquisa os principais referenciais teóricos abordados são Arroyo (1999), Caldart (2002), Molina (2004), Brasil (2010), entre outros. Os procedimentos metodológicos da pesquisa qualitativa, pesquisa de campo e os instrumentos para coleta de dados são entrevista semi-estruturada entre gestor (a) coordenador (a) professores (as) que atuam na escola pesquisada em São Felipe –BA, análise documental, acerca das questões que envolvem educação do campo. A contribuição social desta pesquisa é alertar para importância de se ofertar uma educação de qualidade para os povos do campo, uma educação que leve em consideração os direitos culturais, humanos e socioeconômicos. Os resultados apresentados demonstram que o planejamento do professor não tem levado em consideração a realidade dos sujeitos do campo, não possuem conhecimento sobre políticas públicas para o atendimento desse público. Em linhas gerais, percebe-se a necessidade de efetivação da educação do campo para que conquiste a inclusão dos direitos, da relação com a terra, autoestima e memórias coletivas. ______________________________________________________________________ Field students have the right to an education that takes into account their way of life and that they recognize in their identity as subjects in the field. The education of the countryside is fundamental for the recognition and guarantee of the rights of the peasant population, so that it contributes to the discussion made by the population of the countryside, indicating their interests and life histories. Based on this context, the present project aims to understand the work of the school in relation to the inclusion of the rights of students of the field as subjects of law in são Felipe-BA. The specifics are: to identify if the pedagogical instruments (PPP, planning) used by the teachers meet the needs of the students of the field; to know if the pedagogical practices carried out in the school contemplate the interests of the students in the field. Thus, in the present research the main theoretical references are Arroyo (1999), Caldart (2002), Molina (2004), Brazil (2010), among others. The methodological procedures of the qualitative research, field research and the instruments for data collection are semi-structured interview between coordinator (a) coordinator (a) teachers who work in the school researched in São Felipe -BA, documentary analysis, about of the issues surrounding rural education. The social contribution of this research is to highlight the importance of offering a quality education for the rural people, an education that takes into account cultural, human and socioeconomic rights. The results show that the teacher's planning has not taken into account the reality of the subjects of the field, they do not have knowledge about public policies to attend this public. In general terms, it is necessary to make the education of the countryside effective so that it conquers the inclusion of rights, the relationship with the land, self-esteem and collective memories.
