Tema transversal drogas: um estudo em uma instituição da rede pública no município de Cruz das Almas-Ba

Abstract

A transversalidade, considerada como estratégia pedagógica que contribui para processo educacional dos escolares, possibilita a aproximação dos conhecimentos científicos e das vivências sociais, permitindo ao aluno visualizar a significação das aprendizagens adquiridas dentro do âmbito escolar em sua realidade. Além disso, o trabalho com a transversalidade proporciona discutir temáticas sociais, na perspectiva de promover nos alunos reflexões acerca da realidade, visando contribuir para formação de um cidadão crítico capaz de lidar com os conflitos sociais existentes. Está pesquisa focaliza no tema transversal Drogas, na perspectiva de perceber até que ponto a transversalidade pode ser utilizada como instrumento colaborativo para prevenção do consumo de drogas entre os alunos a partir das práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas na escola. Ressalta ainda, a relevância e contribuições que as discussões entorno do tema Drogas traz ao atual contexto social, onde há inúmeras questões conflituosas. Sendo assim o objetivo geral dessa pesquisa é compreender como os docentes abordam o tema transversal drogas em uma escola da rede municipal de Ensino Fundamental Anos Finais em Cruz das Almas – Ba, buscando o entendimento dos desafios e limitações enfrentados diariamente. De maneira mais específica, pretende-se conhecer as concepções dos docentes e coordenador sobre o trabalho com o tema drogas, identificar quais as estratégias pedagógicas utilizadas pelos professores para abordagem do tema, além de verificar possíveis limitações e desafios na prática pedagógica em relação ao trabalho de prevenção às drogas, objetivando apontar possíveis estratégias pedagógicas com vistas a superá-los. Para alcance dos objetivos foram entrevistados 04 docentes e 01 coordenador da instituição pesquisada. Os resultados demonstram que os sujeitos investigados reconhecem a escola como um lugar propício para discussão do tema drogas, bem como, trabalham numa perspectiva preventiva e conscientizadora com os escolares. A coordenação pedagógica em consonância com os docentes da instituição utilizam projetos e parcerias com agentes profissionais da área para realizar abordagem sobre o tema Drogas com os alunos, além de outras estratégias sendo mais utilizadas palestras e a conversa informal. No entanto, identificou-se que os alunos tendem a ficar dispersos no momento das palestras, percebendo assim há necessidade de formações continuadas específicas para as abordagens do tema Drogas em busca da capacitação docente. Conclusivamente, os resultados apresentados enfatiza a necessidade de formação continuada para docentes apresentando-lhes estratégias diferenciadas para abordagem do tema Drogas, não limitando-se as palestras que por vezes é um instrumento não atrativo para os escolares, deixando-os dispersos e não envolvidos com a discussão, dificultando assim um trabalho preventivo eficiente. ______________________________________________________________________ Transversality, considered as a pedagogical strategy that contributes to the educational process of the students, allows the approximation of of scientific knowledge and social experiences, allowing students to show the meaning of the learning acquired within the school context in your reality. In addition, the work with transversality offers to discuss social themes, with a view to promoting the students reflections about reality, aiming to contribute to the formation of a critical citizen capable of dealing with existing social conflicts. This research focuses on the transversal theme drugs, with the perspective of understanding the extent to which transversality can be used as a collaborative instrument to prevent drug use among students based on the pedagogical practices developed in the school. It also highlights the relevance and contributions that the discussions surrounding the drugs theme brings to the current social context, where there are numerous conflicting issues. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to understand how the teachers approach the theme drugs in a school of the Municipal of Final Years in Cruz das Almas - Ba, seeking the understanding of the challenges and limitations faced daily. More specifically, it is intended to know the conceptions of teachers and coordinator about the job with the drug theme, identify which pedagogical strategies used by teachers to approach the topic, in addition to check possible limitations and challenges in pedagogical practice in relation to the work of drug prevention, aiming to point out possible pedagogical strategies to overcome them. To reach the goals were interviewed 04 teachers and 01 coordinator of the search institution. The results show that the subjects investigated recognize school as a place conducive to discussion of drugs theme, as well as works in a preventive perspective and conscientious with school children. The pedagogical coordination in line with the institution's teachers use projects and partnerships with professional actors to perform Drugs theme approach with students, beyond in other strategies being the most used lectures and casual conversation. However, it was identified that students tend to be dispersed at the time of lectures, realizing so there is need for continued training specific to approaches the theme Drugs in pursuit of teacher training. Conclusively, the results emphasizes the need for continued training for teachers presenting them differentiated strategies to approach the Drugs theme, not limited to lectures that sometimes is an instrument not attractive for schoolchildren, leaving them scattered and not involved with the discussion, making it difficult like this an efficient preventive work.
