A afetividade na atuação do pedagogo em uma escola de aducação infantil em São Felipe - BA

Abstract

A educação infantil é uma fase que necessita de uma atenção diferenciada, ou seja, a atenção do professor é fundamental para a aprendizagem dos alunos, na qual a afetividade é um dos principais fatores que influenciam nesse processo, muitos focam no conteúdo voltando-se para o desenvolvimento cognitivo e não leva em conta o lado emocional da criança, o que dificulta o aprendizado bem como a capacidade de interação da criança com o meio. Diante disso o presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral. Compreender a relevância da afetividade na atuação do pedagogo, em uma escola de Educação Infantil em São Felipe – BA. Tendo como objetivos específicos: Identificar concepções e elementos contribuintes da educação afetiva, para o desenvolvimento da criança; Verificar a contribuição das políticas de formação continuada do professor, para o desenvolvimento da afetividade na Educação Infantil; Descrever o papel da afetividade na atuação do pedagogo e seus reflexos, no processo de ensino aprendizagem. Quanto à abordagem da pesquisa trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, em relação aos objetivos a pesquisa é descritiva. Os lócus da pesquisa foi uma escola Municipal de Educação Infantil situada na cidade de São Felipe – BA, os sujeitos de pesquisa forão dois professores, o diretor e o coordenador, atuantes na unidade, utilizando como instrumento técnico: a observação não participante e questionário. Os resultados apresentados demonstram que a afetividade se faz presente no cotidiano escolar, na atuação pedagógica, na formação continuada, que é ofertada nas reuniões pedagógicas, quando é enfatizada suas contribuições para o processo de ensino aprendizagem e para o desenvolvimento integral da criança. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The education of children is a phase that needs a differentiated attention, that is, the attention of the teacher is fundamental for the students' learning, in which affectivity is one of the main factors that influence in this process, many focus on content turning to cognitive development and does not take into account the emotional side of the child, which hampers learning as well as the child's ability to interact with the environment. Therefore the present work has as general objective. To understand the relevance of the affectivity in the pedagogue 's performance, in a School of Early Childhood Education in. Having as specific objectives: To identify conceptions and contributing elements of affective education, for the development of the child; To verify the contribution of the teacher's continuing education policies to the development of affectivity in Early Childhood Education; To describe the role of affectivity in the performance of the pedagogue and its reflexes in the process of teaching learning. As far as the approach of the research is concerned with a qualitative research, in relation to the objectives the research is descriptive. The locus of the research will be a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education located in the city of São Felipe - BA, the research subjects will be two teachers, the director and the coordinator, acting in the unit, using as a technical instrument: nonparticipant observation and questionnaire. The results show that affectivity is present in the daily school life, in the pedagogical activity, in the continuous formation, that is offered in the pedagogic meetings, when its contributions to the teaching learning process and the integral development of the child are emphasized
