Características do trabalho docente com a população cigana do município de Governador Mangabeira - Ba

Abstract

Os Povos Ciganos apresentam peculiaridades nas suas formas de organização social e cultural, o que os distingue da população nacional, são pessoas comuns e complexas, seus hábitos estão ligados às questões culturais, que são transmitidas no nascimento e, principalmente, pelo casamento, gostam de festas e roupas coloridas, primam pela virgindade e pela união familiar. Historicamente os grupos ciganos que chegaram à Europa no século XV procediam do baixo Egito, Grécia, Chipre e regiões vizinhas. Segundo estudos feitos por antropólogos existe uma diversidade étnica entre os ciganos Ao adentrar na escola a criança cigana, juntamente com a família cigana, depara-se com uma realidade totalmente diferente de suas rotinas e costumes. A esses estranhamentos juntam-se as questões culturais, assim o professor acaba sendo uma figura estranha que de certa forma, direta ou indiretamente, está sendo inserido na vida não só do aluno, mas da família cigana, o professor por sua vez deve ter meios para driblar estas barreiras sem que o aluno cigano seja afetado. Diante das considerações citadas, buscam-se respostas para a questão de pesquisa: Como caracteriza-se o trabalho docente com a população cigana no município de Governador Mangabeira-Ba?. Tendo como objetivo geral: analisar as características do trabalho docente com a população cigana do município de Governador Mangabeira-Ba. Assim, para melhor esclarecer o objetivo geral associam-se os objetivos específicos: analisar quais são as ideias que o professor expressa a respeito dos alunos ciganos e a sua relação com os mesmos; conhecer as metodologias de ensino entre professor (alunos); identificar as possíveis dificuldades do docente com os estudantes ciganos. Referente à metodologia da pesquisa, esta é considerada caráter qualitativo, Quanto aos objetivos considerada de natureza descritiva, quanto aos sujeitos de estudo da pesquisa foram realizadas entrevistas com 4 docentes que atuam em uma escola da rede municipal que possui uma população de alunos ciganos, localizada no município de Governador Mangabeira-Ba. Para coleta de dados da pesquisa foi realizada inicialmente uma observação que permitiu verificar como tem funcionado o trabalho docente com a população cigana da cidade, e quais os desafios encontrados pelos docentes diante deste público cigano em sala de aula. Após esta etapa, foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado contendo 10 perguntas sobre o tema aqui proposto. Para a população cigana e a educação ofertada a eles uma vez que se faz exercer o direito de igualdade para todos os cidadãos. Há também a obrigação de amparar os professores, com formação contínua no âmbito da educação intercultural, para assim poder desenvolver grandes recursos didáticos interdisciplinares característicos que consentissem uma aprendizagem do mesmo modo flexível, é necessário que se trate também o respeito e a tolerância no ambiente escolar. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: Roma people have quirks in their forms of social and cultural organization, which distinguishes the national population, are common and complex people , their habits are linked to cultural issues , which are transmitted at birth and especially by marriage, like feasts and colorful clothing , are conspicuous by their virginity and the family unit . Historically the Roma groups that arrived in Europe in the fifteenth century came from the lower Egypt, Greece, Cyprus and neighboring regions . According to studies by anthropologists there is ethnic diversity among Roma When entering the school the Roma children , along with the Gypsy family is faced with a totally different reality of their routines and customs. To these strangeness join cultural issues , so the teacher ends up being a strange figure in a way, directly or indirectly, is being inserted in life not only the student , but the Gypsy family , the teacher in turn must have means to circumvent these barriers without the gipsy student to be affected. On the aforementioned considerations, are sought answers to the research question: How characterized the teaching work with the Roma population in the city of Governador Mangabeira-Ba?. With the overall objective: to analyze the characteristics of the teaching work with the Roma population in the city of Governador Mangabeira-Ba. So, to clarify the overall goal are associated with the specific objectives : to analyze what are the ideas that the teacher expresses the respect of Roma students and their relationship with them; know the teaching methods of teacher ( students) ; identify possible difficulties of teaching with Roma students . Regarding the methodology of the survey, this is considered qualitative, As to the objectives considered descriptive. About the research study subjects were interviews with four teachers who work in a school municipal network which has a population of Roma pupils, in the municipality of Governador Mangabeira-Ba. To collect research data was initially made an observation that has shown how it has worked the teaching work with the Roma population of the city, and what the challenges faced by teachers before this gypsy public classroom. After this step, it applied a semi-structured questionnaire containing 10 questions on the subject here proposed. For the Roma population and education offered to them as it is to exercise the right of equality for all citizens. There is also the obligation to support teachers with continuous training in the field of intercultural education, so that he could develop characteristic large interdisciplinary teaching resources to consent a learning of the same flexible way, it is necessary to also treat the respect and tolerance in the school environment .
