A pedagogia no ambiente hospitalar: um estudo da percepção dos pedagogos egressos acerca do projeto de extensão de pedagogia hospitalar FAMAM/HEC

Abstract

O Projeto de Extensão de Pedagogia Hospitalar da Faculdade Maria Milza (FAMAM) consiste em uma parceria com o Hospital Estadual da Criança (HEC). O hospital, situado na cidade de Feira de Santana, estado da Bahia, oferece atendimento as crianças e aos adolescentes advindos da própria cidade e dos municípios circunvizinhos. O projeto intitulado “A brinquedoteca hospitalar: cuidado humanizado através de brincadeiras e práticas de letramento/alfabetização” é realizado na brinquedoteca do 4º andar junto ao público infanto-juvenil (0 a 18 anos) hospitalizado. A prática pedagógica, efetivada por alunos (as) bolsistas e voluntários (as) do curso de Licenciatura de Pedagogia, tem o objetivo central de propor e materializar práticas lúdico-pedagógicas contextualizando com a Pedagogia Hospitalar. O presente estudo teve como objetivo geral: compreender as percepções dos pedagogos egressos da Faculdade Maria Milza (FAMAM) acerca das implicações da formação vivenciada no Projeto de Extensão de Pedagogia Hospitalar no HEC. Especificamente, pretendeu descrever a atuação do pedagogo no âmbito hospitalar; verificar a relevância do Projeto de Extensão de Pedagogia Hospitalar da Faculdade Maria Milza no HEC para a formação inicial dos pedagogos egressos do curso de Pedagogia. O estudo apoiou-se no aporte teórico de autores como Elizete Matos e Maria Mugiatti e José Carlos Libâneo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva, realizada na Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES) localizada no Recôncavo da Bahia. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram os alunos (as) egressos (as) do curso de Pedagogia, bolsistas do projeto de extensão entre os anos de 2012 a 2018, tendo um total quantitativo de 06 (seis) egressos convidados à participação da pesquisa. Para a coleta de informações utilizou-se a aplicação de questionário. A análise foi realizada a partir da interação entre as interpretações/inferências e o referencial teórico. Os dados indicam que a formação em Pedagogia da FAMAM, por meio da matriz curricular, vem acompanhando a ampliação na área de atuação e tem preparado o profissional, com subsídios formativos teórico-práticos, para atuar além da instituição regular de ensino, a exemplo do hospital. Com base nas percepções dos egressos, a participação no projeto além de contribuir significativamente para a formação inicial, favoreceu a compreensão de quanto o trabalho do pedagogo no hospital, especificamente na brinquedoteca, por meio das atividades lúdicopedagógicas aproximam os hospitalizados do brincar e do aprender e, contribui para o bem-estar, a continuidade da aprendizagem e a melhoria do estado de saúde. Em suma, segundo os dados, o projeto de extensão consiste em um recurso formativo relevante para o contato com a demanda educativa, crianças e adolescentes hospitalizados, proporcionando a possibilidade de efetivação dos conhecimentos obtidos e os modos de fazer da educação no ambiente hospitalar. Espera-se com essa pesquisa que mais pessoas conheçam a proposta da Pedagogia, e que as instituições de ensino ofereçam na sua matriz curricular a disciplina de Pedagogia Hospitalar, para que haja mais conhecimento e interesse de pesquisar e atuar nessa modalidade da Pedagogia de suma relevância no contexto societário. Projeto de Extensão.______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The Maria Milza(FAMAM) college Hospital Pedadogy Extention Project consists in a partnership with the State Hospital of Childrens(HEC).The hospital, situated in Feira de Santana, state of Bahia, offers attendance for chidrens and teenagers coming by the own city and the neighboring cities. The Project entilled “the toy library: humanized care throught playies and literacy practices” is realized at the toy library of the 4º floor near of childrens and youth (0 util 18 years) hospitalized. The pedagogic practice, efetivaded by scholarship students and volunteers of the Degree and Pedagogy course, has the central objective of proposing and materializing ludic-pedagogical pratics contextualizing with the hospital pedagogic. The presente study had as the general objective: understending the perceptions of the educators who graduated from the Maria Milza(FAMAM) college about the implications of the training experienced in the Hospital Pedagogy Extention Project in the HEC. Specifically, pretented describe the performance of the pedadogue in the hospital; verify the relevance of the Hospital Pedagogy Extention Project of Maria Milza(FAMAM) in the HEC for training educators graduated.The study was supported by theorics like Elizete Matos, Maria Mugiatti and José Carlos Libâneo. This is a qualitative descriptive research, held at the higher education instution (IES) of recôncavo of Bahia. The research subjects was the graduated students of pedagogy, scorlaships of the extention Project between the years of 2018 until 2018, having a total of six graduated invited to research participation. For collect informations was used the aplication of quis. The analysis was performed by the interaction between interpretations and the theoric referencial. The data indicate that FAMAM pedagogy training, through the curriculum, has been following the expansion of the área of actuation and had been prepared the profissional, with practical-theoretical training grants, for act beyond the regular educational institution, such as the hospital. Based on perceptions of graduateds the participation on the Project beyond contribute significantly for the first formation, favored the understanding of how much the act of educator at the hospital, specifically at the toy library, thorough the pedagogical playful activities approaching hospitalized of the play and learn and, contribute for the welfare, the continuity of learning and the upgrade of the health condition. In short, like the datas the project consists in a relevant training resource fot the contact whith the educative demand, childrens and teenagers hospitalizeds, proposing the possibility of actualization of learning and the mode of do the education at the hospital. It is hoped with this research that more people know the proposal of Pedagogy, and that educational institutions offer in their curriculum the discipline of Hospital Pedagogy, so that there is more knowledge and interest to research and act in this mode of Pedagogy of great relevance. in the corporate context.
