A educação física na educação infantil: reflexões a partir de um estudo bibliográfico

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente estudo trata sobre a contribuição do componente curricular Educação Física de forma sistematizada na primeira etapa da Educação Básica, ou seja, no Ensino Infantil, levantando questionamentos e discussões pertinentes a partir da análise de produções científicas que discutem o tema elencando através de categorias de estudo consideradas importantes para o desenvolvimento da prática pedagógica da Educação Física na Educação Infantil como ferramenta eficaz na formação cidadã das crianças. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desse estudo foi identificar as contribuições da Educação Física na Educação Infantil quanto ao desenvolvimento integral das crianças, os conteúdos trabalhados e as possibilidades metodológicas. Como resultados foi possível identificar que a prática pedagógica da Educação Física no Ensino Infantil tem um papel fundamental, propiciando vivências e experiências de atividades diversificadas no desenvolvimento da criança, permitindo ajudar de maneira destacada no processo de formação cognitiva, motora, afetiva e social desses educandos. Nesses termos, refletimos sobre a necessidade de se inserir a Educação Física na primeira etapa da Educação Básica ao invés de concebê-la apenas como momentos de práticas de caráter meramente recreativos e despretensiosos de uma educação efetivamente humana e engajada com a realidade na qual os sujeitos estão submetidos. _____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT The present study deals with the contribution of the Physical Education curricular component in a systematic way in the first stage of Basic Education, that is, in Early Childhood Education, raising relevant questions and discussions from the analysis of scientific productions that discuss the theme by listing through categories of study considered important for the development of the pedagogical practice of Physical Education in Early Childhood Education as an effective tool in the citizen education of children. In this sense, the objective of this study was to identify the contributions of Physical Education in Early Childhood Education regarding the integral development of children, the contents worked on and the methodological possibilities. As results it was possible to identify that the pedagogical practice of Physical Education in Early Childhood Education has a fundamental role, providing experiences and experiences of diversified activities in the development of the child, allowing to help in an outstanding way in the process of cognitive, motor, affective and social formation of these students. In these terms, we reflect on the need to insert Physical Education in the first stage of Basic Education instead of conceiving it only as moments of purely recreational and unpretentious character of an effectively human education and engaged with the reality in which the subjects are submitted.
