Análise de bulas e rótulos de medicamentos fitoterápicos à base de guaco

Abstract

As plantas medicinais são utilizadas como medicamentos para ajudar na cura ou prevenção de doenças. Elas são usadas por grande parte da população como terapia alternativa, trazendo inúmeros benefícios para os doentes. Na fitoterapia, uma das plantas comumente utilizada como fármaco, é aMikania glomerata Sprengel que pertence à família Asteraceae, sendo conhecida popularmente pelo nome de guaco. O objetivo desse trabalho foi analisar as bulas e rótulos de fitoterápicos á base M. glomerata, de acordo com as exigências da legislação brasileira vigente. Essa pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, de caráter exploratório descritivo e do tipo observacional. Para o presente estudo foram coletadas oito amostras de bulas e rótulos de fitoterápicos á base de M. glomerata, na formulação de xaropes de diferentes laboratórios em três farmácias do Município de Muritiba - BA. Foi avaliado segundo os dados presentes na, que normatiza os seguinte RDC’s 110/97, 140/03, 48/04, 95/08, da RDC no 71/09, e RDC 47/09 da ANVISA que normatiza os seguintes itens: nome comercial, nomenclatura botânica, gênero, espécie, conteúdo, logomarca da organização, nome do fabricante, endereço completo do fabricante, número de registro no Ministério da Saúde, CNPJ da empresa, fabricação, data de vencimento, dentre outros. Esses dados foram tabulados por estatística descritiva com a distribuição de frequência relativa. Os resultados foram representados em tabelas em planilha do Programa Microsoft Office Excel 2010. Verificou-se que todos os medicamentos analisados estao de acordo com o que padroniza a RDC 71/09, sendo todos aprovados. Portanto é muito importante que os rótulos e as bulas dos produtos fitoterápicos sigam as normas RDC’s 110/97, 140/03, 48/04, 95/08, da RDC no 71/09, e RDC 47/09 da ANVISA. No entanto ficou evidente a importância das bulas e dos rótulos, seu papel informativo além de servir como fonte de informação rápida para a população e os profissionais da saúde. Dessa forma ficou evidente que a presença de bulas nos medicamentos fitoterápicos analisados é um fator bastante satisfatório, pois as bulas são fundamentais para indicar aos consumidores de que forma o fármaco pode ser utilizado, além de servir como fonte de conhecimento rápida para a população e os profissionais da saúde.__________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: Medicinal plants are used as medicines to help heal or prevent diseases. They are used by much of the population as alternative therapy, bringing numerous benefits to patients. In phytotherapy, one of the plants commonly used as a drug, is aMikania glomerata Sprengel that belongs to the Family Asteraceae, being popularly known by the name of guaco. The objective of this work was to analyze the phytotherapeutic leaflets and labels based On The M. glomerata, according to the requirements of current Brazilian legislation. This research is of a qualitative nature, of descriptive exploratory character and observational type. For the present study, eight samples of leaflets and phytotherapeutic labels based on M. glomerata were collected in the formulation of syrups from different laboratories in three pharmacies in the municipality of Muritiba - BA. It was evaluated according to the data present in the following DRC's 110/97, 140/03, 48/04, 95/08, of theDRC on 71/09,and RDC 47/09 of ANVISA that standardizes the following items: commercial name, botanical nomenclature, gender, species, content, logo brand of the organization, manufacturer name, full address of the manufacturer, registration number in the Ministry of Health, CNPJ of the company, manufacturing, expiration date, among others. These data were tabulated by descriptive statistics with the relative frequency distribution. The results were represented in tables in the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 Program spreadsheet. It was found that all the drugs analyzed are in accordance with what standardizes DRC 71/09, all of which are approved. Therefore, it is very important that the labels and leaflets of herbal products follow the RDC's 110/97, 140/03, 48/04, 95/08, DRC standards on 71/09, and ANVISA RDC 47/09. However, it was evident the importance of the leaflets and labels, their informative role in addition to serving as a source of rapid information for the population and health professionals. Thus it was evident that the presence of leaflets in the herbal medicines analyzed is a very satisfactory factor, because the leaflets are fundamental to indicate to consumers how the drug can be used, in addition to serving as a source of knowledge for the population and health professionals.
