Reabilitação dentária de paciente com exposição do nervo alveolar inferior em região posterior com protocolo sobre implante

Abstract

RESUMO: O Estudo se trata de um relato de caso clínico envolvendo exposição do nervo alveolar inferior com presença da alça anterior, em Santo Antônio de Jesus. Os casos que necessitam de reabilitação com protocolo inferior de implantes dentários têm crescido significativamente. Os implantes osseointegrados estão sendo progressivamente utilizados para tratamento de pacientes com ausência total ou parcial de dentes devido aos benefícios relacionados à saúde, função mastigatória e estética. Nesse sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa foi: descrever um caso clínico sobre a reabilitação dentária de paciente com exposição do nervo alveolar inferior posterior com protocolo sobre implante. O estudo foi um relato de caso clínico conduzido em um consultório odontológico na cidade de Santo Antônio de Jesus com um paciente que apresentou exposição do nervo alveolar inferior em região posterior e alça anterior do referido nervo. Paciente do sexo masculino de 75 anos de idade procurou atendimento no consultório odontológico, com a finalidade de melhorar a eficiência mastigatória e falta de estética, em função de ser portador de uma prótese total convencional. Por meio da análise de uma tomografia, verificou-se a exposição do NAI, complementado pela análise clínica. A reabilitação foi feita com implantes do tipo protocolo de Bränemark na técnica convencional, com implante imediato que é uma opção eficiente, em que o planejamento prévio e adequado permite a realização de tratamento estético e funcional de maneira satisfatória. Após o período pré operatório e do procedimento, o período pós-operatório foi de 4 meses incluindo revisões realizadas de 15 em 15 dias. Ao finalizar-se o tempo necessário de recuperação instalou-se a prótese tipo protocolo, permanente finalizando a reabilitação, foi possível restaurar a função e estética do paciente. Portanto, por meio deste estudo, observou-se que o protocolo sobre implante em pacientes que tenham exposição do nervo alveolar inferior pode ser indicado como uma alternativa de tratamento para a sua reabilitação oral. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The study is a clinical case report involving exposure of the lower alveolar nerve with the presence of the anterior loop, in Santo Antônio de Jesus. Cases requiring rehabilitation with a lower dental implant protocol have grown significantly. Osseointegrated implants are being progressively used to treat patients with total or partial absence of teeth due to the benefits related to health, masticatory and aesthetic function. In this sense, the objective of the research was: to describe a clinical case on the dental rehabilitation of a patient with exposure of the posterior inferior alveolar nerve with a protocol on implantation. The study was a clinical case report conducted in a dental office in the city of Santo Antônio de Jesus with a patient who presented exposure of the lower alveolar nerve in the posterior region and anterior loop of the referred nerve. A 75-year-old male patient sought care at the dental office, with the purpose of improving masticatory efficiency and lack of aesthetics, due to having a conventional full denture. Through the analysis of a tomography, the exposure of the NAI was verified, complemented by the clinical analysis. The rehabilitation was carried out with Bränemark protocol-type implants in the conventional technique, with immediate implantation which is an efficient option, in which the prior and adequate planning allows the accomplishment of aesthetic and functional treatment in a satisfactory manner. After the preoperative period and the procedure, the postoperative period was 4 months including revisions performed every 15 days. At the end of the necessary recovery time, the protocol-type prosthesis was installed, permanently completing the rehabilitation, it was possible to restore the patient's function and aesthetics. Therefore, through this study, it was observed that the implant protocol in patients who have exposure to the lower alveolar nerve can be indicated as an alternative treatment for their oral rehabilitation.
