Atribuições do profissional farmacêutico em farmácias comunitárias ? uma revisão narrativa

Abstract

A farmácia é uma profissão que vem atuando desde os primórdios. Ao longo dos anos, veio passando por muitas mudanças e crises, marcando momentos históricos sendo estes determinados pelos mais diferentes cenários econômicos, sociais e políticos sabendo que as farmácias comunitárias se referem aos estabelecimentos do comércio varejista privado tendo o farmacêutico como responsável técnico, atendendo às exigências da Lei nº 5.991/73 do Ministério da Saúde. Onde o atendimento ao paciente acontece no nível de atenção primaria a saúde, com a responsabilidade técnica, legal e privativa de farmacêutico este trabalho tem como problemática descrever quais as atribuições dos farmacêuticos não âmbito das farmácias comunitárias. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar e descrever as atribuições e serviços prestados pelo farmacêutico em farmácias comunitárias através de uma revisão de literatura. Tendo como objetivos específicos: apontar a importância da ética nos serviços de saúde; realizar levantamento das atribuições do Farmacêutico em drogarias; relatar o funcionamento de uma drogaria como estabelecimento de saúde; demonstrar as atuais atribuições do Farmacêutico em drogarias. Este estudo trata-se de uma revisão de literatura de caráter narrativo, sendo que seu objetivo é descrever através de citações indiretas, o que os atuais estudos descrevem sobre o tema proposto. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT Pharmacy is a profession that has been operating since the beginning. Over the years, it has been going through many changes and crises, marking historical moments, these being determined by the most different scenarios, social and political, knowing that pharmacies adapt to the criteria of private private trade, having the pharmacist as responsible, meeting the requirements of the Law nº 5,991 / 73 of the Ministry of Health. Where patient care occurs at the primary health care level, with the technical, legal and administrative responsibility of a pharmacist, this work has the problem of defining the duties of non-comprehensive pharmacists in community pharmacies. In this context, the aim of this work is to analyze and describe how the pharmacist's duties and services in community pharmacies are based on a literature review. Having as specific objectives: to point out the importance of ethics in health services; carry out a survey of the Pharmacist's duties in drugstores; report the functioning of a drugstore as a health establishment; illustrate the Pharmacist's current duties in drugstores. This study is a review of the literature of a narrative character, and its objective is described through indirect citations, which the current studies describe on the proposed theme.
