Instalação e avaliação pós-operatória de implantes dentários pela técnica cirúrgica convencional e pela técnica minimamente invasiva (FLAPLESS)

Abstract

A técnica convencional para instalação de implantes dentários, necessita da realização de retalho, o que ocasiona em um tempo cirúrgico maior, exposição dos tecidos moles e uma cicatrização mais lenta se comparado com a técnica flapless, essa técnica foi desenvolvida para instalação do implante sem a necessidade de retalho cirúrgico, favorecendo uma cicatrização mais rápida e não necessitando da exposição dos tecidos moles, possibilitado um pós-operatório mais confortante. O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar a instalação e o pós-operatório de paciente que foi submetido a técnica de instalação de implante convencional em região de primeiro pré-molar superior esquerdo com a instalação de implante dentário em região de primeiro pré-molar superior direito com a técnica cirúrgica minimamente invasiva (flapless). Este estudo trata-se de um estudo de caso clínico descritivo. A pesquisa foi realizada no Centro Integrado de Pesquisa e Extensão Maria Milza, onde foi realizado os procedimentos cirúrgicos. O critério de inclusão da pesquisa: paciente que apresente falta de elementos dentários, que estiver possibilitado através de exames complementares a realizar a cirurgia e que aceite assinar o termo de consentimento livre esclarecido. Como critério de exclusão: paciente menor de 18 anos e que tenha algum problema de saúde que impossibilite realizar o procedimento. Foi realizado inicialmente a anamnese, solicitações de exames complementares e tomografia, após avaliação dos exames, foi realizada as cirurgias, em uma região foi técnica cirúrgica convencional, em outra região foi a técnica flapless, as fresagens foram realizadas de acordo a orientação do fabricante, a participante foi orientada sobre o pós-cirúrgico, depois de três meses, foi realizado novas tomografias para avaliação da osseointegração. Após os resultados Da cirurgia, estes foram avaliados e comparados entre si e com a literatura existente sobre o objeto. Foi possível concluir no estudo que não houve diferenças significativas na osseointegração entre a técnica minimamente invasiva e a convencional, contudo, a flapless gerou um conforto pós-operatório melhor para a participante. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT The conventional technique for the installation of dental implants, requires the realization of a flap, which causes in a longer surgical time, exposure of soft tissues and a slower healing if compared to the flapless technique. This technique was developed for the installation of the implant without the need for a surgical flap, favoring a faster healing and not requiring the exposure of soft tissues, allowing a more comforting post-op.The objective of this study is to evaluate the installation and post-op period of a patient who underwent conventional implant installation technique in the upper left first premolar region with the installation of dental implant in the upper right first premolar region with the minimally invasive surgical technique (flapless). This study is a descriptive clinical case. The research was carried out at the Centro Integrado de Pesquisa e Extensão Maria Milza, where the surgical procedures were performed. The criterion for inclusion of the research: patient who has a lack of dental elements, who is made possible through complementary exams to perform the surgery and who agrees to sign the informed consent form. As an exclusion criterion: patient under the age of 18 and who has a health problem that makes it impossible to perform the procedure. The initial step of the research were the anamnesis, requests for complementary exams and tomography, after the assays of the exams, the surgeries were performed. In one region it was a conventional surgical technique, in another region it was the flapless technique, the milling was performed according to the guidance of the manufacturer, the participant was oriented about the post-op and after three months new new CT scans were performed to evaluate osseointegration. After the results of the work, these were evaluated and compared with each other and with the existing literature on the object. It was possible to conclude in the study that there were no significant differences in osseointegration between the minimally invasive technique and the conventional one, however, flapless generated better post-op comfort for the participant.
