O trato pedagógico do esporte nas escolas estaduais de ensino médio do município de Cruz das Almas – Ba

Abstract

O referido estudo tem como objeto de investigação o trato pedagógico com o conhecimento do esporte nas aulas de Educação Física. Foi delimitado como problema de pesquisa: Como vem sendo o trato pedagógico do esporte nas escolas estaduais de ensino médio do município de Cruz das Almas/BA? No sentido de responder o problema de pesquisa apresentado, apontamos como objetivos, identificar a concepção de esporte que fundamenta a organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física das escolas investigadas; Identificar as condições estruturais (materiais) das escolas; Identificar o quadro de professores de Educação Física; Identificar a concepção de Educação Física e esporte que fundamenta a prática pedagógica dos professores que atuam nas escolas investigadas. Assim, para realizar uma investigação rigorosa e sistemática sobre o trato pedagógico do esporte no projeto de escolarização dos estudantes das escolas públicas de ensino médio do município de Cruz das Almas/BA, fizemos uso dos princípios da pesquisa qualitativa e da aplicação de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas aos professores de Educação Físia das unidades de ensino investigadas. Para realizar a análise do conteúdo das mensagens escritas obtidas com os questionários aplicados aos professores, fizemos uso da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Dessa forma, após a coleta, a sistematização e a análise dos dados os resultados encontrados demonstram que em relação às condições estruturais (materiais), os espaços destinados ao desenvolvimento das práticas corporais e/ou esportivas estão em sua grande maioria em condições precárias para uso adequado, e nenhuma instituição da rede estadual de ensino médio possui quadra coberta, sendo que em uma escola não possui quadra. No que diz respeito ao quadro de professores de Educação Física das unidades de ensino investigadas, existem apenas quatro professores de Educação Física formados na área. Dessa forma, em relação aos professores foi possível constatar que muitos não são da área, não tem formação universitária ou são formados em outras áreas do conhecimento. Quanto às proposições pedagógicas que fundamentam a organização do trabalho pedagógico, inferimos que os professores não seguem apenas uma linha pedagógica, eles acabam fazendo um ecletismo, ou seja, misturando as proposições pedagógicas de acordo com as aulas, conteúdos, turma e etc., isso compromete o desenvolvimento dos alunos. Dessa forma, defendemos que os conhecimentos clássicos da cultura corporal, especificamente o conteúdo esporte seja tratado nas escolas de forma sistematizada, com aulas regulares e sejam tratados como o “esporte da escola, e não o esporte na escola”, e que haja a participação de todos os alunos, independentemente de condições físicas, de raça, de cor, de sexo, de idade ou de classe social.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: This study has as object of investigation the pedagogical treatment with the knowledge of the sport in the classes of Physical Education. It was delimited as a research problem: How has the pedagogical treatment of sports been given in the state secondary schools of the municipality of Cruz das Almas / BA? In order to respond to the presented research problem, we aim as objectives, to identify the sport event that underlies the organization of the pedagogical work of the Physical Education of the schools investigated; Identify the structural (material) conditions of schools; Identify the physical education teachers' framework; To identify the conception of Physical Education and sport that bases the pedagogical practice of the teachers who work in the schools investigated. Thus, in order to carry out a rigorous and systematic investigation about the pedagogical treatment of the sport in the project of schooling of the students of public high schools in the municipality of Cruz das Almas / BA, we made use of the principles of qualitative research and the application of questionnaires with questions Open and closed to the Physical Education teachers of the investigated teaching units. To perform the analysis of the content of the written messages obtained with the questionnaires applied to the teachers, we made use of the technique of content analysis. Thus, after collecting, systematizing and analyzing the data, the results show that in relation to the structural (material) conditions, the spaces destined to the development of the corporal and / or sports practices are in their great majority in precarious conditions for use Adequate, and no institution of the state high school network has a covered court, and in a school does not have a court. As far as the Physical Education teachers' frame of the investigated teaching units are concerned, there are only four Physical Education teachers trained in the area. Thus, in relation to teachers it was possible to verify that many are not from the area, do not have university education or are educated in other areas of knowledge. As for the pedagogical propositions that underlie the organization of pedagogical work, we infer that teachers do not only follow a pedagogical line, they end up doing an eclecticism, that is, mixing the pedagogical propositions according to the classes, contents, class and etc., this Compromises student development. Thus, we advocate that the classic knowledge of body culture, specifically the sport content be treated in schools in a systematic way, with regular classes and be treated as the "school sport, not sports in school", and that there is participation Of all students, regardless of physical condition, race, color, sex, age or social class.
