A organização do trabalho pedagógico da educação física na rede estadual de ensino do município de Conceição do Almeida/BA

Abstract

O estudo foi inserido entre as pesquisas que investigou a organização do trabalho pedagógico da educação física na rede estadual de ensino do município de Conceição do Almeida-Ba, desta forma investigou: qual (is) a(s) concepção(ões) de educação e educação física fundamenta(m) a organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física, para tanto identificou qual(is) a(s) concepções de educação e educação física presente(s) na avaliação utilizamos da técnica da análise de conteúdo enquanto um instrumento de pesquisa, e analisamos dos princípios da pesquisa qualitativa utilizando das técnicas da pesquisa documental, bem como da aplicação de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas sobreo conteúdo dos documentos oficiais da escola investigada. No que tange à técnica da pesquisa documental, utilizaremos como fonte de coleta de dados: o Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP), que fundamenta a organização do trabalho pedagógico da Educação Física do Colégio Estadual Mandinho Almeida do município de Conceição do Almeida/BA. Por isso, falamos da organização do trabalho pedagógico e toda forma de trabalho se sustenta em concepções de educação, por outro lado, toda concepção de educação se sustenta na concepção do homem, é de grande importância o papel da Educação Física no ensino nas escolas ela contribui para a formação com a cultura corporal, desenvolvimento humano, com a cultura infantil e na promoção das atividades física e saúde, sendo assim, buscamos como esta à formação humana desses alunos no acesso aos conhecimentos da cultura corporal, sobretudo, do conhecimento sistematizados desses jovens no acesso a esses conhecimentos, portanto, observou-se no decorrer de análise acerca do problema exposto que, as respostas apresentadas tanto pelo Professor A, quanto pelo Professor B, denotam em suas falas, práticas esvaziadas de saber teórico-metodológico no que tange à organização do trabalho pedagógico com a Educação Física na Instituição de Ensino, pois as respostas fornecidas não traziam maiores inferências sobre os questionamentos feitos, sendo conceitos rasos para responder ao problema levantado. Quanto aos objetivos propostos, foi possível realizar a análise do PPP, uma vez que, obteve-se total acesso ao mesmo, podendo verificar em que estavam pautadas as concepções de Educação, no que tange à Educação Física, não se faz nenhuma inferência à disciplina, tornando a análise sobre a concepção de Educação física “vazia”, haja visto, não se tratar em nenhum momento acerca da organização do trabalho pedagógico para esta disciplina. Por fim, pode-se inferir que a instituição, se propõe nesse processo a construção desses conhecimentos referente ao estudo da Educação Física, enquanto disciplina. _____________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The study was inserted between the research investigated the Organization of work of the physical education teaching in State schools of the municipality of Conceição do Almeida-Ba, thus investigated: what (is) the design (s) of education and physical education bases (m) the Organization of pedagogical work of Physical Education, for both identified what the conceptions of education and physical education present the evaluation we use the technique of content analysis as a research tool, and We analyze the principles of qualitative research using the techniques of documentary research, as well as the application of questionnaires with open and closed questions about the content of the official documents of the school investigated. So, we talk about the Organization of pedagogical work and every form of work stands in conceptions of education, on the other hand, the whole conception of education stands in the conception of man, is of great importance the role of physical education teaching in she contributes to the training schools with the body culture, human development, with children's culture and the promotion of physical activity and health, so we seek as this human training of these students in the access to knowledge of body culture above all, the knowledge of these young people access to systematized this knowledge, therefore, in the course of analysis about the problem exposed that the responses submitted by the teacher, and the Teacher B, denote in your lines, emptied of practices know theoretical methodology with respect to the Organization of pedagogical work with physical education in school, because the responses provided were carrying major inferences about the inquiries made, being shallow concepts for responding to the problem raised. As for the proposed objectives, it was possible to perform the analysis of the PPP once, full access to the same, being able to check in which were based the conceptions of education, when it comes to physical education, not make any inference to the discipline, making analysis on the conception of physical education "empty", not seen, at any time about the organisation of pedagogical work for this course. Finally, one can infer that the institution, proposes that the construction process of these knowledge related to the study of physical education, while discipline.
